Paschal Divine Liturgy CD
Church School Students of
St. Michael's in Binghamton, NY (pictured below) have released a recording of
the Paschal Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom, sung in English according
to the Carpathian Plain chant melodies. Recorded in May, 2008, it is being
released in memory of Fr. Stephen Dutko, who served as pastor of St. Michael's
from 1961-91 and as pastor emeritus from 1991-2009. The recording sells
for $12 (including postage and handling) Checks should be made payable to "St.

| Two choral masterpieces recorded
by St. Michael's A Capella Choir under the direction of Edward Sedor
in Binghamton, NY, have been re-mastered and released in a CD format. The Divine Liturgy CD features the choir and Fr. Stephen Dutko rendering the Liturgy in Church Slavonic. This is perhaps the most beautiful recording of a Divine Liturgy, that was produced here at St. Michael's in 1964 in commemoration of the 60th Jubilee of the church, has now been digitally re-mastered and is available in CD format. The Christmas and Easter CD includes 15 newly re-mastered (in 2007) selections of both traditional carols and the Liturgical music of Christmas, as well as six Lenten melodies and 11 selections of the Easter Paschal music.
